Owner Niels Egelund (born 1945) has ATPL, FI(A) incl. IR and CR SPA ME and 11,000 hr+.

He has two Ph.D.'s, one in psychology and one in education, and is serving as full professor in special education at the Danish University of Education. In addition to this he is a part time captain on BAe146 for Atlantic Airways based at the Faroe Islands. He has flight experience in SE210 Caravelle, B747-200, BAe146, C500-550, F27, SA226/227,SD33-36, E110, L29, L39, T33, MIG15uti and 50 light aircraft types and 10 glider types.

Niels Egelund got his Letter of Authorization for the Fouga Magister after instruction at Fantasy Fighters in Santa Fe, NM, US.
